English: LEE PRIEST: Pec Deck for Optimal Chest Gains

After Lee was presented with hard facts about how pec fly movement is the ultimate chest exercise, we've had to get one in so he could see for himself how great this movement actually is.

While it is a luxury, it can certainly make a difference in your upper body days. The benefit being that you can really annihilate the muscle without having to worry about your form breaking down too much. As the arms move in a fixed path.

The downside though, is that it is a lot of money to spend for convenience. Both the pec fly and rear delt fly movement could easily be replicated with just a couple of dumbbells or even resistance bands.

If you do have the space and the money to splash on a dedicated machine, then it would make a lot of sense to add it into your home gym. But if you don't, we'd recommend getting a set of dumbbells as you would get much more out of them.
